Policy
It has always been The Clothes Horse policy to treat our customers in exactly in the way we like to be treated ourselves. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).
Data & Privacy
The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party. Payment information is processed by Paypal and your credit details will not be kept on our servers. Please see the Paypal website for their own privacy and security information.
Supply & Availability
All products for sale on this website are subject to availability & maybe withdrawn at any time.
Images used are for illustration only & although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, products may differ slightly from the actual product supplied.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to typographical error or a supplier increase beyond our control. If the cost of your order differs from the price quoted, we will contact you to request your instructions.
We endeavour to hold stocks of all our active products, however, we cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5% unless marked with zr. This indicates the item is zero rated.

We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered.
Delivery
Obviously you the customer recognise that we do rely on external postal services to perform the 'contract'. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. Should you have any problem with your parcel being delivered please let us know so that we may ensure our service is at its very best.
Guarantee
In the light of the forgoing you will appreciate we feel confident that we can unequivocally guarantee your total satisfaction with our product and service. Should you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us and raise the matter for us to resolve. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
Refunds
Refunds will only be made for any items returned (at the customers expense) which are unused, along with the original packaging & labels, within 14 days. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Please ensure all returns are packaged carefully to avoid damage and are fully insured against loss & damage.
Under the Health & Safety Act 1972, all goods returned cannot be accepted unless clean & dry.
Complaints
We don't often get them! However, clearly we take any complaint very seriously and would expect
to contact you almost immediately - but on holidays such as Christmas time there may be a short delay due to
